Are you an Autopay Partner? Remember to make important updates to your services

28 August 2023. Blue Media has changed to Autopay. Entry into the KRS was the final, formal stage of the rebranding process, which began in May 2023. All areas of brand communication were changed, from the logotype to the visual identity to the mission statement of the new umbrella brand Autopay.

In view of the changes, we would like to remind all our partners to make the necessary updates in the services by the end of this year - 31.12.2023.

What changes should be kept in mind to ensure the full functionality of the payment service? Below is a list of changes:

  1. Change the URL Autopay payment services:
    • on a test environment: pay-accept.bm.pl change to testpay.autopay.eu
    • on the production environment: pay.bm.pl change to pay.autopay.eu
  2. If you use the administration portal, change address:
  3. If you are using static addresses for the Autopay payment service graphics, change their addresses:
    • on a test environment: platnosci-accept.bm.pl/pomoc/grafika/* change to testimages.autopay.eu/help/graphics/*
    • on the production environment: platnosci.bm.pl/pomoc/grafika/* change to images.autopay.eu/help/graphics/*
  4. If you use the addresses of the graphics received from the Autopay API (paywayList or gatewayList method) we will change their addresses:
    • on test environment: 30.10.2023 r.
    • on the production environment: 14.11.2023 r.

    Make sure that the logos will be visible to your customer after the change.
  5. If you are using the SDK, from 30.10.2023. the new versions will link to the domains::
    • on test environment: pay-accept.bm.pl → testpay.autopay.eu
    • on the production environment: pay.bm.pl → pay.autopay.eu
  6. If you still put the name Blue Media S.A. somewhere. - change it to Autopay S.A. everywhere.
  7. If you still put the Blue Media logo somewhere - Replace it everywhere with the Autopay logo (You can find the new logo here: https://developers.autopay.pl/online/grafiki).

We also plan to make changes to the reporting processes, in:

  • titles of report emails;
  • e-mail addresses from which reports are sent;
  • the content of report emails.

The changes made will not affect the operation of the Autopay Payments service.
