Hazardous chemicals in pure form that can endanger life, health or the environment;
psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs, in particular narcotics, as well as other substances which are intended to be used as substitutes, irrespective of whether the possession and trade in such substances and drugs is prohibited by law;
tobacco products, electronic cigarettes or refill containers
Cannabis/cannabis, cannabis-related products, cannabis-related services, cannabis-related industries;
dietary supplements not notified to the GIS;
alcohol;

items containing pornographic content, especially content involving persons under the age of 15, violent content or content involving animals;
mp3, erotica, pornography, gambling;

explosives and pyrotechnics;
arms and ammunition, the possession or circulation of which requires an appropriate permit or registration, and gas throwers, including pepper spray, whether or not their possession or circulation is restricted by law;

objects containing incitement to hatred based on differences of nationality, ethnicity, race, religion or irreligion;
material that contains content that violates the personal rights of third parties;
music, films, software and other products that infringe copyright/intellectual property;
counterfeit products, i.e. products or services marked in such a way as to mislead customers as to the origin, quantity, quality, ingredients, workmanship, suitability, applicability, repair, maintenance or other material features of the Products;
services and items related to participation in so-called pyramid schemes, i.e. financial structures created on the basis of attracting new members where the main (or exclusive) source of profit is the entry fee they pay;

human or animal organs;
live or dead animal specimens (as well as parts or derivatives thereof) belonging to species listed in the currently valid annexes A - D to Council Regulation (EC) No 338/97 of 9 December 1996 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein;

software adapted to carry out activities in breach of the law or good morals, including:
- containing computer viruses or other harmful components,
- allowing information about a computer user to be retrieved without the user's knowledge,
- for the removal of locks and passwords from desktop and laptop computers, hard drives and other storage media and car radios, as well as information, instructions and services related to the removal or installation of such locks,
- which allows the generation of e-mail addresses from websites or enables the mass sending of messages to users of websites, instant messengers, etc. who have not given their consent,
instructions and addresses of websites (links) and FTP servers, in particular those containing information enabling or facilitating:
- creation or possession of hazardous materials,
- infringing applicable laws and those forbidden to possess,
- infringement of applicable legislation
personal data or e-mail lists;
the handling of electronic money, in particular cryptocurrency;
financial products and services, including financial services intermediation;
selling likes ('likes'), followers or impressions on social networks;

Payment by card

Launchcard paymentswill not be possible if you sell products which are delivered more than one year after the order or if you operate in one of the industries listed in the tabs.

alcohol;
drug paraphernalia in any form;
herbal smoking blends and herbal incense;
cannabis/cannabis, cannabis-related products, cannabis-related services, cannabis-related industriesi;
nutraceuticals/nutrients (e.g. acai berries; herbal teas, medicines or herbal drinks, etc.);
sale of prescription drugs (for boarding school transactions and without the physical presence of the card);
pseudo-pharmaceuticals (e.g. for weight loss, diet pills, anti-ageing pills, wrinkle creams, whitening pastes, muscle building products, potency pills, body cleansing products, glucose measuring strips, growth hormone products, etc.);
substances that produce effects similar to those of drugs or other psychoactive stimulants (e.g. salvia, synthetic marijuana, herbal mixtures for smoking, incense);
tobacco products (including e-cigarettes);
vitamins;
prescription drugs;
tobacco products and accessories, e-cigarettes;
drugs and other psychoactive or drug-related substances (including seeds and plant cuttings);

all adult products and services including but not limited to:
- adult book shops
- websites and adult content
- adult entertainment (various)
- audio (sex phone calls and adult phone calls)
- social services
- dating sites (sex-oriented)
- products related to fetishism
- massage parlours (sex-oriented)
- prostitution
- men's clubs, toples bars and strip clubs
- memberships, clubs, subscriptions
- any products on the internet depicting content or images related to nudity
- illegal activities (child pornography, bestiality)
- video (sex video websites)
social services;
messages with pornographic content;

business/investments that operate on the basis of get-rich-quick schemes (e.g. real estate investments without losing money, working from home, etc.);
a pyramid scheme activity that encourages the payment of an amount to another entity;
online chains offering gifts for further customer referrals;
debt collection companies or companies associated with the recovery/collection of outstanding debts;
credit card security or identity theft protection services;
credit enhancement/rebuilding;
Debt/interest consolidation or debt reduction;
financial counselling (sales via the Internet or without the physical presence of the card);
foreclosure security (e.g. a house taken as a mortgage);
recovery of losses/assets;
discount schemes for medical services (including medical cards);
activities prohibited by payment organisations;
fraudulent practices or any other breaches of payment organisations' regulations;

coupons, certificates, top-ups, gift cards and prepaid cards (sales without the presence of a card account for 50% or more of the contractor's sales) excluding Gyft (a service for the sale of gift cards);

Providers or vendors of gift/access cards including cards accepted at multiple outlets or a single network only, where the value of the card exceeds $2,000 (Network cards include: gift cards, phone cards, metro access cards, student campus cards, gaming cards or other dedicated device access cards;

a type of payment card transaction in which the cardholder purchases funds in the form of a cash substitute, such as casino chips;
cash advances (by non-financial institutions);
currency exchange;
issuers/sellers/receivers of money orders or travellers' cheques;

mortgage/loan/debt reduction/consultation services;

computer software (e.g. anti-virus) sold through inaccurate advertising;
file decryption products including modification chips (e.g. to bypass game console manufacturer security, etc.);
file exchange/services storing and sharing various data or multimedia files;
helpdesks for IT services;
devices used to block, jam or interfere with cellular signals or communication devices;
lifetime subscriptions (any products or services);
social networks operating on the basis of "impression generators" (e.g. selling impressions, plays on social networks);
virtual currencies (those that can be monetised or exchanged for physical or digital goods and services outside the virtual world);
web hosting containing fraudulent renewal agreements and any of the following practices:
- free or low-cost trial periods
- payment for shipping only
- pre-checked boxes showing the bearer's agreement to the terms presented
- network marketing
paid sms gateways;
online games;
virtual office service - registration of multiple companies at the same address;

firearms, ammunition and weapon parts (sale via the internet or without the physical presence of the card);
sale of weapons, airguns (so-called softguns), replica weapons;
arms and ammunition;

gambling advice, sports performance forecasting;
Internet gambling or other gambling without the presence of a card;
legally operating gambling outlets with physical shops or betting shops;
lottery clubs;
lotteries and gambling;

cruise lines (ferries, etc.);
charities without foundation or equivalent status (e.g. public benefit organisations);
discount clubs/home shopping clubs;
embassies, consulates or other foreign offices;
companies extending warranties;
divination;
government subsidies;
investment programmes/ presenting business solutions/ seminars;
attracting potential customers;
racketeering or unauthorised activity (e.g. removal of photographs from files);
deceptive marketing practices, including but not limited to:
- implicit consent to terms and conditions
- false claims and endorsements
- pre-checked boxes showing the bearer's agreement to the terms presented
- conditions impeding returns and cancellations
- inadequately described, contradictory, confusing or difficult to find regulations
fraudulent renewal by offering free or low-priced purchases (including offers to pay for shipping alone) in the following cases:
- when the terms and conditions relating to the free trial period and/or recurring charges do not contain explicit billing information
- containing difficulties in cancelling an order
- do not provide payment reminders
- pre-checked boxes showing the bearer's agreement to the terms presented
forwarders (for online transactions and without the physical presence of the card);
telemarketing;
ticket brokers;
renting a flat or premises;
services advertising the rental of flats or premises;
